Who we are

Brandseen is operated by FAB4 Sp. z o.o., Warsaw, Poland. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Questions and requests: hello@brandseen.app.

What we collect

When you request a free audit: your company domain, your work email, which form you used, the time of the request, the page you came from and your browser's user agent.

When you browse the site: anonymous, aggregated visit statistics (pages viewed, referrer, country, device type, and clicks on audit and sample-report buttons). We use Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you across sites.

We don't use advertising pixels, and we don't buy or sell personal data.

Why we use it

To run the audit you asked for and email you the report (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request).

To follow up once or twice about the report and our pilot, and to understand which parts of the site work (Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest). You can opt out at any time by replying "stop" or writing to us.

Who processes it for us

Vercel Inc. (hosting and analytics) and Google (Google Workspace email and Google Sheets, where audit requests are stored). Both may process data outside the EEA; transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Audit requests and related emails: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. Server logs: as long as Vercel retains them, typically days. Analytics are aggregated and contain no personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@brandseen.app; we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl), or the authority where you live.
